THE FIGHT THAT DOES NOT EXIST '

In these days of gossip in the world we have great popular uprisings. They range from Tunisia, where the opposition has managed to chase away the despot Ben Ali, for which he was issued an international arrest warrant, via Albania, where they protest about the high level of corruption and fraud of the leader Berisha, to Gabon and Yemen, where coming to Egypt after days of bloody clashes and unfortunately deadly Mubarak's government has resigned. All these developments are of authoritarian policies and nefarious to the population that has almost no resources to support themselves, and rigged to keep power, perpetrated by corrupt people and no sense of the state. From these people that many consider inferior to us c'arriva a message of great dignity and great pride, we do not accept more abuse, you want real freedom, not corrupt and authoritarian regimes, we fight against this neo-liberalism, which led Only unemployment and worsening living conditions. And in our dear nation, which is going on? All the above problems are also present from us.

happens that all news, all programs of study dealing with the escort of Berlusconi and the real problems of the country, thus shifting the focus on intentionally made so that their importance but which are not nothing compared to the difficulties of the moment. Mind you, it is fair to inform people about what Berlusconi is doing, that is horrible on the figures which forced Italy in the world, if confirmed on the charges of grave put the girls in Parliament or in the various councils to get rid of them from his book pay (including interception Nicole Minetti and Barbara Fagg) on the despicable actions of a Prime Minister who is tired because of the crazy evenings (documents released by WikiLeaks), and even skip meetings or ceremonies. E 'then a surreal scenario. But in this situation how you react to Italy? How does a people who can no longer distinguish between the dignity el'ignominia? E 'paradoxical as the rebels are not in this state of affairs to a policy that is just making its own interests, an economy that has sent people to faint, to an area of work that every day is to be dismantled of its rights, feared for investment. There is a developing capitalist cannibal who eats his own people, the workers. In Italy probably lacks the will to fight, it is past the ideal of laxity, the thought "so we can not do anything about it." There is nothing more wrong than this. Fortunately, the answer is contrary to everything yet, and it is the people that we saw yesterday in the events of Fiom; those people who calls the rules and the stakes for this wicked capitalism, those persons seeking dignity for a country that for too many years, because of Berlusconi, is ridiculed.

E 'from this people that the political left of the PD (as it is against rule it out, of course, the disgust produced by Berlusconi, but in favor of this crazy neoliberalism) must meet, in order to be that beacon on which channel all the positive ideals of this great nation. E 'from here that we need to start the autonomous pole of the left: a pole that puts the basis for all of the Constitution, the first point, I remember him always said "Italy is a democratic republic based on the work. " Just the job, the vehicle for a people of dignity. And it is normal since it devalues the work, and everything around us, all of Italy is to suffer, but also the whole of Italy should be working not to accept this state of affairs, but many have accepted to be servants, servants of the owner. PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK OF A. Burg: "DESPITE AUSCHWITZ"

Difference Between Emu Stinger And Bronte Low

on the current '

The referendum on the blackmail-Marchionne at Mirafiori increased by 54% of the vote. The decisive votes were cast by 421 employees (out of 442) that tipped the bar to the yes. It should be noted that the proposed AD Fiat absolutely no mention of those who work in offices. The blue overalls had almost divided, with only 9 more votes for yes. For the dignity of working this is a great achievement, while a result is completely negative with regard to work and for workers who see themselves disappear before their eyes, many trade union rights that the generation that preceded them had earned by months and months of struggle. This proposed Marchionne, horrible and unnecessary to repeat the typical capitalist vision, helped clean the water in the area of politics. Many leaders have come out of hiding. Assume the support of the center-right man in the sweater, less obvious, but not entirely unexpected, the support from many members of the PD as Fassino, etc ... Vendola Veltroni is on the side of the workers, of course it is, but then defines liberal in economics (like a cat chasing its tail). Peter's row suffered by the workers, but its leader in the House, Donadio, sided with part of Marchionne. Workers in this electoral mess will surely be noticed that those who are always on their side is so insulted Federation of the Left, which has been deployed since day one side of the Fiom.

Unfortunately at this time of crisis would need a strong government that will side with workers. But let's see well that this does not happen. Indeed, the ruling class turns your finger into the wound, the difficulties of ordinary people and stirs up support for entrepreneurs. In fact, they are always the less well off have to pay the consequences of a crisis created by financial speculators and tolerated by governments, especially ours. We make some simple example: in 2011 we will have some increases in all sectors. It starts from the film is increased by 1 euro (which goes directly into state coffers), we increase the bus (price increases which vary from city to city), increases in the rail sector with the company Trenitalia-Le Nord, coordinated by the Lombardy region, which will increase the price of its races by 20% in two tranches. But this was not the government taxes sag? And petrol? How can cost so much? And because the government does not stop the speculation of the oil companies? But of course! Because their interests are directed towards these large holding companies and not towards people, towards workers.

It 's time that people who have always supported them open your eyes! And now that the Left will once again be worthy of that name, let the drift and build a centrist counterweight to the true free-market policies crazy these days! This calls for the people, this is what they charge that workers at Mirafiori and Pomigliano, with great dignity have given a strong signal once again and yelled loudly: WE PAY THE CRISIS IS NOT!

FIAT: LETTER OF THE COMPANY 46

The Fiat-Fiom conflict erupted in late 2010 on the project for the Mirafiori plant in Turin - which follows a similar story for the establishment of Pomigliano d'Arco - is important for the economic and social future of the country. Newspapers and television have the Fiat version, supported by the government, so with the increasing international competition in the auto market, workers must accept poorer working conditions, the loss of certain rights, to the inability to choose their own representatives in a democratic union.

Let's see the facts. In 2009, Fiat produced 650,000 cars in Italy, just one third of that achieved in 1990, the quantities produced in most European countries have grown or remained stable. Fiat spent on productive investment and for research and development revenue share significantly lower than those of its main European competitors, and is very active in the field of sources of propulsion low environmental impact. Unlike what happened between 2004 and 2008 - when the company has recovered from a crisis that seemed fatal - in recent years, Fiat has introduced new models. The result was a market share in Europe declined 6.7%, the highest fall recorded in the continent in 2010.

At the same time, however, in the third quarter of 2010, the Fiat leads the profitability for shareholders, with a return on equity of 33%. The recent split between Fiat Auto and Fiat Industrial interest in acquiring a majority stake in Chrysler reported that the priorities Fiat are increasingly oriented towards the financial dimension, which could be sacrificed in future car production in Italy and the same properties of plants.

Despite the rhetoric of the ability to "stay on the market on their own feet," it must be remembered that the Fiat has pursued this strategy to obtain for various reasons, including the late eighties and early two thousand, grants from the Italian government estimated at 500 million euro a year.

To make the cost of this management were mostly workers. Over the past ten years, employment in Fiat cars worldwide fell from 74 thousand to 54 thousand employees, of which only 22 thousand workers in Italian factories. Fiat workers' qualifications are generally lower than those of competitors, average wages are among the lowest in Europe, and the distance from the pay of top executives has never been higher: Sergio Marchionne earning over 250 times the salary of a worker.

These data should be the focus of debate on the future of Fiat. The agreement with Fiat by Fim, and Uilm Fimsic to Mirafiori - Fiom that refused to sign - provides a vague business plan, not credible on production levels, the hours would be unlikely any assessment of productivity. The agreement appears to be inadequate to bid and qualify the production, and low costs on the deteriorating conditions of workers. In terms of industrial relations are particularly serious in the contents of the agreement: The agreement comes as the replacement of national labor contract, and dispel the Fiom by the presence in the company and its role in representing workers who have freely joined.

The referendum of January 13 to 14 among the employees on the agreement by threatening to cancel Fiat investment in the case being dismissed, places the workers in the face with an impossible choice between rights and labor. In this perspective, the strategy appears to be the Fiat management curtailed production in Italy, unloading costs and risks imposed on workers and an industrial relations model inspired by the worst aspects of the American.
There are alternatives to a strategy of this kind.

In Europe, the crisis has been addressed by companies such as Volkswagen with labor agreements that have reduced the time, limited the loss of income and protected production capacity and employment in this way production is now recovering with the application. Produce cars in Europe is possible if there is a strong commitment to research and development, innovation and investment attention to environmental sustainability, this requires workers with more skills, less job security and fair wages, work organization bargained with the unions ensuring high quality, flexibility of production and integration of functions. E 'need an industrial policy by the government that is not limited to incentives for car wrecks, but define the direction of innovation and investment toward sustainable production and quality, and the conditions for more efficient markets; integration with the research policies, labor demand. Given the overcapacity in the car in Europe, it is desirable that these policies are defined in a European context, avoiding downward competition on costs and working conditions. On all these issues need a confrontation, negotiation and agreement with unions representing employees of the company.

In no country in the European automotive industry has attempted to eliminate a critical review of corporate strategy from the possibility of negotiating the working conditions and to represent workers. The agreement Fiat Mirafiori reduces the space of freedom and democracy, opening up a fight that would set back the economy and the country.

We hope that Fiat renounces a road that would bring economic performance, but an escalation of social conflicts. We hope that government and politicians and trade unions contribute to a solution of this conflict which restores the rights of workers to be represented in a democratic manner and protect the working conditions. We express our solidarity with the workers involved and the Fiom, we support the national strike of 28 January 2011 and we try to open a debate on the future of industry, labor and democracy the workplace and in Italian society.

ECONOMISTS 'WITH THE CIVIL FIOM! YOU SIGN THE APPEAL OF UNEMPLOYMENT FUNDS MICROMEGA

RIGHTS IS NO to blackmail! YOU SIGN THE APPEAL AGAINST MICROMEGA Diktat MARCHIONNE. CLICK HERE TO SIGN OR AT THE END OF ARTICLE

hundred thousand signatures for a site like ours, are a target "impossible", even if we had the support of link important. We gathered in the past up to twenty thousand (19,916) for the appeal in solidarity with Marco Travaglio, Fabrizio Cicchitto accused in Parliament of "media terrorism" in a climate of mobilization of the major news-gag against the law, while in Piazza had spent on this issue also Roberto Saviano.
Yet we must try to achieve this goal, "IMPOSSIBLE" because we believe that the "repeal" of the Fiom that Marchionne is trying to impose, will play a crucial game for the defense of the most basic and intractable constitutional rights and freedoms .
why we ask you not limit yourself to sign the petition , but to mobilize for him to sign all your friends, place it in your blog, to make it run so "viral" as they say, on as many sites are able to achieve by participating in discussions, forums and other forms of assistance.
We try to achieve this "IMPOSSIBLE" by January 28, the day of national strike of metalworkers, demonstrating that the most consistently democratic Italian company has realized that the struggle of the Fiom is a fight that concerns us all .
(pfd'a)

APPEAL

The diktat of Marchionne, who CISL and UIL signed, contains a clause unprecedented, even in that department-year confinement of Valletta had never imagined: the cancellation of trade unions that do not sign the agreement, the inability to have representation in the company, their termination of fact. This incredible destruction of an inalienable constitutional right is not causing the insurgency should be obvious that morale among all citizens who call themselves Democrats. Yet it is the functional equivalent, in one form or post-modern and soft (soft?), The squads against the union headquarters, with which fascism destroyed the right of workers to organize freely.

This seems to us that the request for a general strike, made by Fiom, is sacrosanct and should be supported in every way. The unprecedented attack on the Fiat workers' rights is an attack on the rights of all citizens, since it undermines the fundamental value of democratic freedoms. That's why we feel an urgent need for civil society to demonstrate its solidarity with the more concrete and active Fiom and metal workers: it is the freedom of all.

Flowers That Can Grow In Malaysia

a record year

Boom hours of layoffs in 2010: Italian companies have applied for 1.2 billion, an increase of 31.7% compared to 2009 (there were 914 million). I certify INPS, confirming the calculations of the CGIL 1, states that the actual consumption of the hours during the year was similar to that of 2009 as the "draft" was approximately 50% compared to 70% in 2009.

According to INPS, in December 2010, the hours have been authorized layoff 86.5 million, a decrease of 16.4% over December 2009 and by 4.7% over the previous month. In December 2009, the authorized hours were over 103.4 milioni0. The decline, says the INPS, manifests itself in a particularly pronounced with regard to unemployment compensation systems (temporary layoffs). In December 2009, were authorized 51.7 million hours, compared to 21.4 million in December 2010 (-58.5%), with a slight increase in the authorized hours compared to November 2010 (+3%).

basically stable, the number of applications for unemployment and mobility. In this case, stop data for the month of November, the 120 thousand applications for unemployment in November 2010 confirmed the same period last year, while applications for mobility have increased from 6,800 in November 2009 to less than 6,000 in the last month (-17.3 %).

"The data confirm that the IGC in December decreased permission requests already manifested itself in November - says the president of INPS, Antonio Mastrapasqua - and many observers have come to expect from the month of December, a sign that help to interpret the trend of the month of November. This is the fourth month in which there is a recession of a permit and for the second consecutive month, but even shows a downward trend of permits. It seems to me that the end of 2010 to provide data of interest to those looking for signs of positive reaction from the market and the labor market in particular. "

The most common interventions decrease (-63.4 % compared to December last year) is recorded in the industry. The sharp decrease was also confirmed on an annual basis: -46.2% compared to 2009, while it shows a substantial stability of buildings between the hours authorized in December 2010 and which are allowed in the same month last year (-1.7%).

But if the layoffs can talk about ordinary positive data, the long tail of the crisis reveals itself in the extraordinary layoff (CIGS) in December 2010 grew by 40.9% from a year earlier: the hours are authorized were 43.2 million. It increased on an annual basis, including assistance in derogation (cigd), which have seen an increase of 3.7%, while between December and November 2010 were down 29.6% from 31 million hours authorized in November to 21.8 in December.
